Khanom Thien - Steam Rice Cake
Mass Mung Bean, fired with shallot, garlic, pepper and salt.
Rice flour mix with sugar and add bit of coconut milk (if you find the flour it's too dry)
Fill the bean inside the flour and make into the ball shape, soak in cooking oil before you wrap.
Banana leave clean and cut oral shape and wrap it.
Wrap in this Pyramid shape and steam for 35-40 mins.
