"Moo-Sadung" in Thai words means "Pork shock". Acually it's a Pork Salad with Kailan. This dish is a bit spicy, but it’s nice and easy to cook too. Cooking is very simple. You should try some day!

- 200 grams pork shoulder meat, slide thin
- 2-3 stock kailan cut 1 ins length (if you prefer leaf also can)
- 4-5 small chili
- 2-3 garlic
- 1 coriander root, cut small
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoon fish sauce
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon soup stock or hot water will do
- Put the garlic, coriander root and chili into the mortar and pound until thoroughly mixed.
- Put water in the pot and bring to boil. When the water is boiling put the meat in until cook, remove from the heat.
- In the same hot pot, add a bit salt and oil. Put in the Kailan soak for few minute and remove from heat. Put it in the cold water for a while then take out. (You do like this to make the vegetable still green color and crunchy)
- Put in to the plate and pour the chili sauce over the meat and vegetable serve with rice.
