I got recipe from my best friend, whose stay in Geneva, Switzerland. His name “littlechanon” but I call him “chai-noi” is mean “little brother”. He’s very good cooking and baking. We always shear the idea of cooking, baking and other thing.
His idea to create this cake’s recipe because the old recipe is too rich of chocolate and heavy too, he add some of nuts e.g. like pecans, pistachios, almonds into the cake. It’s make the cake nice and crunchy.
Thanks him to make me have a nice cake for tea break.
