Chicken Stew

Chicken Stew
- 6-8 piece of chicken wing or drum stick
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 carrot - cut in large chunks
- 2 potato - cut in large chunks
- 1 onion - cut in large chunks
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon chicken soup powder or cube
- 2 dried Thyme leave
- ½ teaspoon black paper
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic mashed
- 1 teaspoon corn flour
Preparation
1. Wash and clean chicken wing and cut haft.
2. Add oil to pot and brown chicken wing.
3. Add onions and garlic and continue to brown for several more minutes.
4. Add remaining ingredients including water. Stir to mix and cover loosely.
5. Cook about 20 - 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
6. Thicken with corn flour and water mixed together. Cook another 5 minutes and serve hot with rice or with garlic bread if you prefer.

But today I cook simple and easy by using pressure cooker. I add all ingredients into the pressure cooker, cover with lid and cook for 15 minis only in low heat. When the pressure cooker is slow down the heat and I can open the lid, then I add corn flour and water mix together for thicken.
Enjoy!!
