Thick Crust Pizza

Thick crust pizza.
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp yeast, 
  • 2 tbsp evaporated milk 
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water 
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
Mix everything into a mixer or food processor, mix the flour until the dough hold together. Then roll out the dough about 1 cm thick and the size of the diameter, it depends on the size of pan used. Leave the dough to rise about 30-45 minutes. Then add the pizza ingredients as you like. Bake at 230 ° c for 20-25 minutes or until cooked.
