Japanese Curry Bun

I got this recipe from my Thai friend in Japan. She always shares her Japanese bread style with us. And all the bread she recommended it’s was fantastic bread result.

Japanese Curry Bread is stuffed inside with Japanese chicken curry; you can use the leftover chicken curry and blend it and then put into the pot or fry pan to stir fry until it dry. The bread skin coated with egg and bread scum, deep fried. It’s very nice bread cause the bread texture very soft.
