Fried Spareribs with Garlic

Fried Spareribs with garlic & pepper - See Khrong Moo phad krataem priktai
  • 500 grams spareribs chop in to 1-2 inch lenghts
  • 5-6 galic
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon pepper (If you like spicy, you can add more)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  1. Pound pepper and galic in mortar until ground and mixed thoroughly.
  2. Heat the oil in thewok and fry the galic in the oil until fragrant.
  3. Add spareribs and fry until cook, add all sauce and a bit of water.
  4. Cover the wok and put it simmer for 5 mins and then stire fry until the spareribs it's soft or cook.
  5. Serve with fresh vegetable liek cucumber and rice while it hot.
