Black Pepper Crab

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ cup water
- 1 kg or 1 crab, cleaned and cut quartered
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup onion ring slice
- 1 tsp ground black peppercorns
- 1 tbsp garlic thin slice
- 2-3 stock spring onion cut in short length
- Pint salt

1. Heat the oil in a wok put the garlic and black peppercorn and sauté until fragrant
2. Add the water, salt, and crab. Mix the crab with spice thoroughly. Cover and cook for 5 minutes
3. Add oyster sauce, ring onion and spring onion. Stir fry for minute. Serve hot.
