- 1 can tuna in oil
- 4 fresh chilli, sliced
- ½ green mango, shredded
- 4 shallot, slice
- ½ cup deep fried peanuts
- 1/2 lime juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- ¼ cups mints leave and fresh vegetable for side dish such as cabbage, lettuce.
- Mash the tuna fish and set a side.
- Heat oil in the frying pan in high temperature and deep-fried the tuna fish till crispy and golden, then remove from the heat and drained.
- In the mixing bowl, add chillis, shallot, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and peanuts, mix all together and then put in a small bowl.
Place some slide vegetable on the plate, add the deep-fried tuna fish on top of vegetable, arrange a shredded mango on top of tuna, and follow the peanuts.Eat with the sauce.
