Deep-Fried Tuna Fish with Chilli Salad Sauce

Ingredient

  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 4 fresh chilli, sliced 
  • ½ green mango, shredded
  • 4 shallot, slice
  • ½ cup deep fried peanuts
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • ¼ cups mints leave and fresh vegetable for side dish such as cabbage, lettuce.

Preparation

  1. Mash the tuna fish and set a side.
  2. Heat oil in the frying pan in high temperature and deep-fried the tuna fish till crispy and golden, then remove from the heat and drained.
  3. In the mixing bowl, add chillis, shallot, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and peanuts, mix all together and then put in a small bowl.

Serving
Place some slide vegetable on the plate, add the deep-fried tuna fish on top of vegetable, arrange a shredded mango on top of tuna, and follow the peanuts.Eat with the sauce.
