Cranberry Bread

Cranberry Bread 
The recipe I adapted from 

  • 1 cup lukewarm water (if the dough too dry can add more water, I add about 1 teaspoon) 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil/canola oil 
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup coarsely chopped dried cranberries
Put all ingredient into bread Machine and set program as dough. Bring in out to the floured surface table and shape as you like and rest the dough for 1 hrs or until double size. Put into the preheat oven 200 C for 25-30 min or until bread golden brown. Take out and let it cool.
