Yum Dok Ka Jon - Cowslip Creeper Salad

Yum Dok Ka Jon / Cowslip Creeper Salad 

  • 2 cups Dok Ka Jon  
  • 100 grams of boiled mince pork
  • 3 shallot, slide
  • cloves of garlic
  • 5-10 fresh chilli 
  • 2-3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2-3 lemon juice 
  • 1-1/2 tbsp Sugar
  1. Take out the stem, and wash away, cooked blanched in boiling water and set aside.
  2. Slide shallot and garlic set aside.
  3. Mix lime juice, fish sauce and palm sugar, stir together the chilli and taste it as you like.
  4. Mix the shallot and garlic, cooked mince pork, Dok Ka Jon and mix together gently. 
  5. Serve immediately.
