Fried Spareribs with garlic & pepper - See Khrong Moo phad krataem priktai

Ingredients:
- 500 grams spareribs chop in to 1-2 inch lenghts
- 5-6 galic
- 1-1/2 teaspoon pepper (If you like spicy, you can add more)
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon black sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Pound pepper and galic in mortar until ground and mixed thoroughly.
- Heat the oil in thewok and fry the galic in the oil until fragrant.
- Add spareribs and fry until cook, add all sauce and a bit of water.
- Cover the wok and put it simmer for 5 mins and then stire fry until the spareribs it's soft or cook.
- Serve with fresh vegetable liek cucumber and rice while it hot.
