Mousse Mousse and Mousse

Chocolate Mousse Cake
For Choclate mousse's recipe
  • 270 grm dark chocolate
  • 1-2 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 300 ml whipping cream
Method : same as strawbeery's mousse

Orange Mousse Cake
During Chinese New Year always have too many oranges at home. I thinking how to finish it, some year have to throw it away becuase we can't finish or some have rotten.
This year plan to buy less oranges but still too many, so I decide to make Orange Mousse Cake. I just make Straberry Mousse Cake last week. This week I make again but it change to oranges hehehe...


It's came out a very nice mousse cake. The cake it's soft and fuffy and mousse it very smooth too. Now I like to make mousse cake more than other cake.Enjoy it!!!

For Oranges mousse's recipe
  • 350 ml Orange juice
  • 2-3 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 300 ml whipping cream
Method : same as strawbeery's mousse

Strawberry Mousse Cake,
For the cake is sponge cake, I use this recipe Basic Spongecake

For Strawberry mousse's recipe as below  
  • 250 gram strawbeery mousse powder (I bought from phoonhut shop, they are selling in the packet)
  • 200 ml water
  • 500 ml whipping cream
Method:
  1. Mix the mousse powder with water brings to boil until dissolve and rest for cool down the temperature.
  2. Whip the whipping cream in the mixture, beat until fluffy.
  3. Fold the whipping cream into strawberry mixture slow fold in until all combine.
  4. Pour over the cake and put in refrigerator for 3-4 hrs.
  5. Make a jelly by using the “Konyakku” strawberry favors packet.
  6. Follow the instruction on the packet.
  7. Leave it until warm before you pour over the mousse.
  8. Put in the refrigerator again for 2-3 hrs before you serve
