Vermicelli Salad


Vermicelli Salad or "Yum Woon sen"
"Woon Sen" are thread like noodles made from mung bean. They are sales in dried and soak in the hot  water before use. It's become transparent when it’s cooked.

For this salad normally you will find they mix with mince pork but this dish my friend from http://www.maejj.pantown.com/ she introduce us to use chicken shedder by boiling water, add some soup powder and then add the chicken meat to boil until cooked. After that you can use this soup the soak the woon sen to make it soften. After that you just add all ingredients to make salad.
