Spongecake with Cream Cheese

Made this cupcakes, just for celebrate my daughter's posting result. She can get in to NgeeAnn Polytechnic as  her choice. A joy of mother, that can see your own child had successful as her expected. I hope she can cope for study in her course, I always support you dear!

   

The cake is a sponge cake as usual recipe I always made it and cream cheese is a simple as my own test. I had beat cream cheese til soft and smooth, then add whipping cream and icing sugar, beat all until light fluffy. Put it in the piping bag and piping for decorate.
