Cranberry Bread
The recipe I adapted from http://southernfood.about.com
Ingredients:
- 1 cup lukewarm water (if the dough too dry can add more water, I add about 1 teaspoon)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil/canola oil
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped dried cranberries
