Use 2 eggs yolk
1 cup of Olive oil or Canola oil
Beat egg yolk, sugar and white vinegar until sugar dissolve
ps. sugar and vinegar I not measuring but I use to estimate myself by testing while I'm beating.
After the sugar dissolve it, slowly pour the oil and continues beat and don't stop, until the cream become thicker.
Put in the clean and sterilized container and keep the fridge.
You can eat with salad or sandwich.
