The recipe from Kruakraikangwon. It's very nice shiffon cake, soft and moisture. My nephew like to eat cream cake.
In my cream cake, I had added coconut milk too.
Inside the cake I made a layer and also added "young coconut meat" too.
This is my nephew "New" He love a cake so must, every time I came back to Bangkok. He always asked me to make cake for him, but after make already, he only eat a cream. He said cream nicer ;-) cook and photo by MaeJJ
