Banana Chip Cookies

I like to http://www.101cookbooks.com/ and read her recipe cookbooks and some time I tried it too. I find her recipes are most healthy food.



Today I tried the Banana Chip Cookies. http://www.101cookbooks.com/archives/banana-chip-cookies-recipe.html



I thought, I can use Banana Chip from Thailand, which is I always brought back when ever I went back to Thailand. But I can't find any I think I finished it all hahaha. So went to Shop N Save supermarket and found banana chip and difference from Thai style but is same the original recipe, so I brought it.



These cookies are very crunchy and also I use the floure difference from them. I use semilena flour and stucture of cookies a bit sandy ;-)
