Moo Sadung

"Moo-Sadung" in Thai words means "Pork shock". Acually it's a Pork Salad with Kailan. This dish is a bit spicy, but it’s nice and easy to cook too. Cooking is very simple. You should try some day!

For 1-2 persons
Ingredient
  • 200 grams pork shoulder meat, slide thin
  • 2-3 stock kailan cut 1 ins length (if you prefer leaf also can)
  • 4-5 small chili
  • 2-3 garlic
  • 1 coriander root, cut small
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soup stock or hot water will do
Preparation:
  1. Put the garlic, coriander root and chili into the mortar and pound until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Put water in the pot and bring to boil. When the water is boiling put the meat in until cook, remove from the heat.
  3. In the same hot pot, add a bit salt and oil. Put in the Kailan soak for few minute and remove from heat. Put it in the cold water for a while then take out. (You do like this to make the vegetable still green color and crunchy)
  4. Put in to the plate and pour the chili sauce over the meat and vegetable serve with rice.
