Simple Cranberry Bread (no knead)

Simple cranberry bread, I had try to made follow the recipe no knead bread. I like a crunchy crust bread and inside soft. I adapted the recipe from

 Easy and Delicious Bread

 and just add dried cranberry as well. 

  

 The texture was nice crunchy crust and soft inside as I like.
