Sago & Sweet Corn in Coconut Milk

Sago and Sweet corn in coconut milk, I always like to make a simple and fast way of making dessert. This is a Thai dessert I always made often, because it's simple not so complicated of making and the most importance is my family love too. The benefit of made your own dessert is you can control sweetness.

Ingredients;
  • 100 g Sago
  • 200 ml water
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100-150 g coconut milk
  • 100 g sweet corn (I use from the cans)
  • ½ tsp. salt

Preparing;
  1. Wash and drain sago, boil the water and then add sago. Boil until the sago 90% transparent (can still see the small white dot inside).
  2. Add Sugar, salt and coconut milk. Stir until sugar dissolve and then remove from the heat. Add sweet corn and stir, then serve while it hot.

Note; if you fine the sago too thick you can add a bit more coconut milk as well.
