Whole-wheat Cranberry Bread




I like a whole-wheat cranberry bread from “Bread talk” whenever I walk into the shop first thing I look for it is whole-wheat cranberry buns and  bought it, and then I thought why I don’t try to make it. Searching for cranberry bread recipe a few days before but I cloud not find it then I wanted to make it, so I adapted from my bread recipe to tried it.

The result was not a best as the shop; actually I cannot compare myself with the best bread shop in Singapore ;-) I use Atta flour and bread flour mix together and I found the texture a bit too dried, must add more liquid next time, but I can say this was not so bad either. I’ll try it again next time.
