Salmon in Oyster Sauce



Salmon in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

·         2 salmon fillets
·         2 green spring onions, thinly sliced
·         1 garlic clove, minced
·         ¼ cup onions, sliced
·         ¼ cup mushroom, sliced
·         ½ teaspoon sugar
·         1 teaspoon sesame oil or cooking oil
·         1 teaspoon fresh ginger, sliced
·         1 teaspoon chicken soup powder
·         2 tablespoons or more water
·         2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Directions

·         In a large nonstick pan over medium heat, cook onions and garlic in oil for 1 minute. Add ginger and mushroom cook 1 minute longer.
·         Add Salmon fish fillet into a pan. Combine the chicken powder, water, oyster sauce and sugar pore over.
·         Cook for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove fillets from the heat. If you like a sauce a bit thicker, then cook sauce for 1-2 minutes longer or until thickened as well; serve over salmon and garnish with spring onion.
