Banana in Syrub and Coconut Milk



Pisang Mas is the common name but in Thai we call "Kluai Khai". This banana can eat many way. You can eat when is ripe, or can prepare the dessert like this, by boiling water with sugar untill become like a syrub and put "Kluai Khai"
inside and cook for a few mins, then take it out and topping with coconut milk.
