Coconut milk & Fermented Soy Bean Sauce



Coconut milk and Fermented Soy Bean Sauce(Lon Tao Chiao)

Ingredient
- 200 ml coconut milk
- ½ cup fermented soy beans (use white color one if you use brown color this dish will be a bit brown color)
- ¼ cups mince pork
- 3 shallots
- 3 chillies cut short length
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp tamarind juice

Preparation
1.Boil coconut milk in frying pan until oil comes to surface.

2.Strain the fermented soy bean, place the solid in a mortar with shallots and pound until mix thoroughly. Dip up and mix with coconut milk in the pan over low fire. Add pork and chillies, cook at low fire until done.

3.Add sugar and tamarind juice to taste, bring to boil and remove for the fire.

4.Serve with fresh vegetables, e.g. cabbage, cucumbers, coriander, long bean and young ginger.
